Define, run, observe—then decide.

A scanner is a saved, versioned analysis definition. A run snapshots that version against one authorized source. An observation carries explicit semantics, a typed value, relevance for ranking, and evidence. Your system decides whether to search, alert, review, aggregate, or render.

No separate API subscription is claimed here. Scanner runs and one-off analyses use your ChatClipThat account credits; account-specific quotas remain visible in Console → Usage.

Current access and limits. API credentials require a paid ChatClipThat account. Paid accounts receive one proof analysis for a source up to 10 minutes and one proof render totaling up to 60 seconds. Monthly source-minute, run, concurrency, key, host, and retention limits are account-specific and shown in the console. ChatClipThat system failures are refunded automatically.
